At The Digital Clarity Project, we stand behind the quality of our 30-day rescue mission. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we offer a specific refund policy in accordance with international consumer law.

1. Digital Products (No Refunds)

All sales of digital products (PDF guides, trackers, and templates) are final.

  • Waiver of Right of Withdrawal: By completing your purchase and accessing or downloading the digital content, you expressly agree to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal (the 14-day cooling-off period) as stipulated in the EU Consumer Rights Directive for digital content.

  • We cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the digital files have been delivered to your email or downloaded from our confirmation page.

2. Technical Issues

If you experience any technical issues with your purchase, such as:

  • A corrupted file that will not open.

  • Not receiving the download link after purchase.

  • Receiving the wrong file.

Please contact us immediately at support@digitalclarityproject.com. We will ensure you receive a working, correct version of your purchased files within 24 hours.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

While we do not offer standard refunds, your transformation is our priority. If you feel the Digital Clarity System did not meet the expectations set on our website, please reach out to us. We value your feedback and, at our sole discretion, may offer additional support or resources to help you complete your 30-day journey successfully.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are only considered in exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate purchases). To be eligible for a review of a duplicate purchase:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of the transaction.

  • You must provide order numbers for both transactions.
